There are multiple opportunities for participants to be coached and coach others about real leadership issues that are affecting them within a confidential setting.

Active Learning

Our program is supported by an evidence based Coaching Out of the Box® model that includes a 5 step process, 5 essential skills and 5 fundamental coaching principles. It meets the International Coach Federation eleven core competencies required for coach training. You will receive an outstanding and comprehensive Leaders Who Coach tool kit that includes coaching question guides and handouts.

Reinforced Learning 

You participate in two days (13.75 hours) of experiential on-site coach training with two credentialed coach facilitators, and a follow-through webinar that reinforces and extends learning for participants. In this seminar you share successes, challenges, and are accountable for using the coaching model.
