Our Story

Jan Salisbury MS, MCC co-founded Leaders Who Coach in 2010. Executives she was coaching reflected on the positive impact of her coaching and told her they wanted to bring the same coaching value to their teams. Leaders Who Coach has since grown to serve over 85 organizations and helped companies to become coaching cultures. Jan and her associate Paul are Professional Certified Coaches credentialed by the global leader in the professional skilled coaching industry, the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Both are certified coach-facilitators with more than 60 years combined experience in executive coaching, leadership and organizational development working side-by-side with organizations of all sizes. Their expertise, passion, and extensive base of credentials have culminated in a client-specific approach to building leaders through coaching.

Using the proven core elements of the ICF and their own proven methods within organizations in widely-diverse industries, Leaders Who Coach have created a practical system for implementing leadership coaching in your organization. Their insights into how to apply coaching skills and how to develop these skills in others are the critical elements of the unique Leaders Who Coach platform.
