Deb Milimaka Miles

With in-depth real-life expertise and proven results in building and guiding dynamic high-growth, high-performance teams, Deb’s extensive leadership experience spans over 30 years in both public and private settings.

Her executive roles have been in widely-diverse industries from financial and retail to technology and cannabis where her leadership responsibilities included human resources, organizational change, executive development and training, strategy, operational management, labor relations, communications and organizational transformation.

Deb brings a wealth of hands-on experience in guiding national and international organizations through periods of transition and leading successful adaptations to changing environments, all with a focus on transforming business culture through effective leadership.  She has been involved in leading restructuring, merger, acquisitions and divestitures which has evolved her journey as a leader in transformation.

Recognized for her innovative and effective approaches to strategic planning, leadership and organizational effectiveness, Deb is the recipient of numerous awards for her work, such as her selection as a Global 100 Winner for Outstanding Leadership in Professional Training and Coaching and as the winner of the Women of Inspiration™ Award in Canada for supporting women in leadership.  Among her array of 10 various leadership certifications included are as a facilitator and coach for The Leadership Challenge, Peernovation, and as an executive coach for TEC Canada (Vistage International) and the Internal Corporate Network, and as a practitioner for The Five Behaviors and The Resilience Alliance.

Joseph is a seasoned coach, trainer, facilitator and organizational development consultant. His background includes more than 20 years empowering executives, business owners and leaders in diverse industries, including education, technology, hospitality, healthcare, finance and manufacturing.

He firmly believes that transformative leadership begins with authenticity and connection, and a commitment to continuous growth, integrating mindfulness and well-being leadership philosophy and approach.   In addition to his International Coaching Federation credentials, Joseph is also a certified yoga instructor and holistic life coach. This combination brings a highly-effective, purposeful approach to leadership growth, one which fosters self-awareness, resilience and sustainable transformation, both within organizational cultures and for personal development.   This people-centered perspective honors diverse viewpoints and ensures that leadership development is both meaningful and impactful.

Cultivating coaching cultures within organizations is Joseph’s passion. His expertise leads to outcomes that equip leaders with the skills and tools needed for innovation, to foster inclusion and achieve long-term success. 

By uniting leadership, mindfulness and holistic well-being, his focus is on creating deeply authentic experiences that inspire individuals and teams to embrace growth and lead with purpose.
