We are always asking for “mission moments” from our team members to highlight where our culture comes to life. Our overall mission is to engage, grow and empower people to lead our industry and this is why we send our leaders to Leaders Who Coach® (LWC). We talk a lot about servant leadership and it boils down to caring about people. Investing in leaders learning to coach really fits with our view of servant leadership.
Why We Invest in Leaders Who Coach
Our big goal for sending leaders to LWC is to build a foundation to communicate better, listen well and ask great questions. It’s not about having the right answer but helping people get to their best answers which in turn generates AHA moments for our company. It’s exciting to see them return from LWC with the skills to engage and grow others.

Our clients remark that our ability to listen is a huge advantage. This program is the silver bullet for accelerating leaders to communicate better. It’s been awesome for helping us grow from within and retain who we have. I have shifted my own communication to listen better and be curious at work and at home.
